I went to Thomas Trigg for a consultation on the basics for filing bankruptcy after job loss, foreclosure of my home and repossession of my car. After a year of consultation and working my way back into a steady job I reached a wage where I no longer qualified for chapter 7. I had already paid up front in full for his services, when all is said and done, he did nothing for me and charged me $700 for his services. I called him on it and he congratulated me on my job success and that he really needed to analyze my financial situation before he could tell me which direction I should go. I had already gotten all the answers I needed from the internet ahead of time, yet he still was able to squeeze more money out of me from the phone conversation where I told him I wouldn't need his services anymore. Warning, you will be charged every time you email or call his office and he doesn't even email you back, it's his assistant. If you really are in financial hardship do not call this guy, he will take you for every last penny you have to tell you he can't help you.
