Chad is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and a partner with Tune Entrekin & White, P.C. Chad graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1998 and from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2001. Chad's practice involves a variety of civil litigation areas, including construction and business litigation, design professional liability defense, contract disputes, lien and warranty claims, and title and boundary disputes. Before joining the firm in 2003, Chad practiced insurance defense litigation focusing on personal injury, products liability, and construction defect cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Chad represents and advises clients in matters, including contract and lease drafting and negotiation, business entity formation, home owners' association incorporation and management, restrictive covenant preparation and enforcement, horizontal property regime (condominium / townhouse) formation, easements, and other real estate development and transactional matters. Chad pursues representation of every client, whether an individual or one of the nation's largest homebuilders, in the most direct, efficient and cost effective manner available to achieve the desired outcome in the best interests of the client. Chad holds the Martindale-Hubbell "AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating. Chad is admitted to practice before all Tennessee state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. Chad was a member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2015.
