About
I have been an attorney since 1999. My practice emphasizes probate litigation, including contested guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary representation, and other will and trust litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, I worked for the Aurora Public Defender where I tried more than 50 jury trials. I have lectured before the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and at other programs on topics such as probate litigation and ethics. I am a member of the Executive Council of The Colorado Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and a member of the Boulder County Bar Association. I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee. I earned my B.A. degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, and my J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. When I am not in the office, I spend my free time with my wife and two young daughters. I also enjoy golf, skiing, fantasy football and pulling for my beloved Oklahoma Sooner football team.
