I contacted Mr. Mirabile about replacement of my naturalization certificate in November of 2016. Though I was born in Mexico, I came to the U.S. at the age of 1 and grew up here. I was a legal permanent resident until the age of 21 when I applied for and became a U.S. citizen. My certificate was lost years ago and I was in no hurry to replace it until after the last election. Mr. Mirabile was excellent at our consultation. He explained the process thoroughly and helped me file a request for replacement of the certificate as well as a Freedom of Information Act as I was unsure of the actual date and my citizenship certificate number. He told me that replacing the certificate could take as long as a year from the time we filed. Fortunately, within the months I had a copy of the original certificate and soon thereafter the replacement certificate. Mr. Mirabile also recommended that I obtain a passport as back-up and I was able to get this within two weeks. From the first, Mr. Mirabile was professional and realistic about the process. In addition to helping me, he set my mind at ease. I would recommend him without reservation.
Tom Mirable was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. His guidance counseling helped get the Green Card quickly. Without his knowledge of the "system" the green card would not have been issued so quickly. Thank you Mr. Mirable
Mr. Mirabile is an extremely professional and experienced lawyer I met ever. He provides good service to his customer. He was always reachable whenever I had any questions. He customized my case by giving me the training before the interview. I just followed Mr. Mirabile's direction and passed the interview successfully. I highly recommend Mr. Mirabile.
This attorney is extremely well qualified in all respects to handle complex immigration matters.
My wife and I are so pleased with the way Tom and his staff handled our case! We walked in with a unique case that was labeled as a denial. We felt very frustrated as we had done everything correct and it was an error in the system, and you cannot fight and win usually when dealing with the government. Before seeing Mirable, my wife was in tears and we didn't know where to turn. We met with Tom, and they did our interview. He mentioned that there was no guarantee, but he did feel that we had a chance to win without having to re apply and do everything over again. Tom has some great connections and has been doing what he does for over 30 years! Every case is unique, and I know its a very emotional frustrating process. If you want your case , whether new or existing in the best hands, choose Mirable Law! He didn't treat us as a number , but rather as friends and I know they will also have your best interests in mind! Our case was res submitted this week and today it was approved!
I have hired Tom to help me with my immigration process. I was very pleased with the way my case was handled. He is professional, confident and a great human being overall. I highly recommend!
My lawyer, Thomas Mirabile did excellent job compiling all of the pertinent information regarding my case, He anticipated some areas which could possibly lead to difficulties, but wit proper planning, we were able to overcome all obstacles. He was always reachable, and very prompt to respond. The process tool much longer than I anticipated, but at no time was it do to anything that he did. Every step of the way during this process, he clearly outlined what to expect. As a result, the interview was much less stressful because of him. If I were asked to refer Thomas Mirabile, I certainly would.
My mother in law was been trying to get immigration status for sometime through other firms. I can tell you I have spend lost time and money with the the other firms. I was given a bussiness card for Mirabile law through a friend and let me tell you that is the best decision I had made. My mother in law finally has the status and will be working soon on her citizenship. It is almost like Mr. Mirabile wrote the book on immigration he knew everything we asked him. I would differently refer him to anyone.
We cannot imagine being more satisfied than we were using Thomas Mirabile's expertise and services. His knowledge and experience sold us from day one. My spouse was seeking a green card, and Thomas made the process painless. The paperwork required by the government was, at times, difficult to complete. Our emails and phone calls to Thomas were answered quickly, and the completion of the forms turned out to be relatively simple. We were well-prepared for the government interview. Thomas is a very personable individual, and we really enjoyed working with him. If we need legal services in the future, we will most certainly enlist Thomas's help.
My case took longer than it should have due to unforeseen circumstances. Thomas Mirabile was patient and helped me through a lot, with great results. He is very thorough and is very knowledgeable in his area of law. I highly recommend Thomas!
