Mr. Lochry represented my son on two traffic citations, one of which neither deferred adjudication or defensive driving was an option. Mr. Lochry was able to get both citations dismissed. Thank God they were both dismissed and we were able to avoid increased insurance cost on our young male driver!
Tom Lockry was professional, courteous and forthright in the handling of my sons case. He spent a great deal of time uncovering evidence and data that was necessary to mitigate what was an unfair deal from the district attorney. What could have been unjustified jail time, probation and unachievable community service requirements, were ultimately reduced to a fine. Thank you Tom!
First of all, thank you Mr. Lochry and his assistant Mary Perez for all that you guys did to get my Class B misdemeanor case dismissed. From the the very time I visited your beautiful office, until the last time we sat on that wood bench outside of Criminal Court #5 was a wonderful and stress free experience. Thank you for keeping me informed and access to contact you 24/7. Mary Perez has to win the secretary of the year award because it seemed every time I sent an email or documents, I received a confirmation that my documents were received or she responded to my question within an hour. We finished my case a month earlier than we expected and it’s only because I knew exactly what I needed to do to please the courts and my attorney made sure I knew exactly what the courts were requesting of me. If you want to someone to fight for you and not just push your case through the system to move on to the next case hire Attorney Thomas Lochry. My case was dismissed now let Mr. Lochry do the same for you!
Facing two felony's. Had them dismissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worth every penny!
Thomas did an amazing job coming out to the center where they had accused Me of child negligence. He talked with every single one of my witnesses making sure he left no rocks unturned. It was very important to me that he show me how important the case was to him. He went above and beyond getting me in front of the Grand JURY, coaching me on how it would be & last but not least getting me NO BILLED! I'm thankful to this day for Thomas! I still have My JOB because of him.
Tom was very swift in responding to my message and flexible in when he could talk over the phone. He did provide me some helpful information. However, when he shared what his quote would be and I told him I was only seeking consultation, it seemed he hurried the call and did not allow me to finish my last question. The consultation lasted about 18 minutes. Tom seemed very knowledgeable about the justice system, but I would not seek his assistance if you do not have the money.
DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! I contacted this attorney about a relatively minor speeding ticket in Dallas, that would have cost less than $200 had I paid it up front. I am a very conscientious person, so I notified them the day after the ticket, and followed up to make sure I would not have to appear at court on the date the ticket stated. I never was in contact with Mr. Lochry, only his legal assistant Mary. That is fine and perfectly normal, but she is very short in her answers. I was told she would be in contact when a new court date was set. Years went by, and finally I was notified by Mary that the court had set a date for what I thought was my first court date. Apparently, they had set a court date earlier, but NOBODY from Mr. Lochry's office knew about it or even notified me, so a warrant was issued for me! To their credit, they did get the warrant removed due to moving office locations and never receiving the mail, but I STILL ended up having to pay an additional $150 warrant fee! I was VERY upset about having to pay almost double the original fine. When I emailed about it, Mary denied that I had to pay the warrant fee. I emailed her back a copy of the required payment document I received, and the only answer I received was several weeks later after I sent a follow up email that stated, "Sorry, no there isn’t anything we can do. " I am just grateful that I was not pulled over during the time the warrant was out for me! I am NOT a criminal. This speeding ticket was the worst violation I've ever done, and I wanted to take care of it in a legal, efficient matter. Based on my terrible experience, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone unless you want to pay more money and get a warrant issued for you!
