From the first consult til my final hearing. I was treated like a person. Everyone I spoke with was always very courteous and patient with me even when I was a crying mess. I’m am very thankful for everything they did for me and helped me to receive my social security in just little over a year from start date. I would highly recommend using this company.
Initially I hired a local Atty to assist in getting SSI disability. After 2 appeals, a hearing and 2+ years my case was denied. Within SIX MONTHS Thomas Klint got me approved.
Mr. Thomas Klimt did a great job on my disability case. He himself or someone on his team were always available to speak with me at anytime. I highly recommend him. He kept me updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of. I have recommended him to several family and friends of mine.
Very professional. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They made the process much easier to go through. They made sure I understood everything they were doing & the entire process. My lawyer went over what to expect at my hearing & accompanied me so I had support.
He got me everything I needed and I want to say thank you and I am satisfied with his work he did for me
He won my case with ssi and am very pleased with his services and will recommend to everyone
They are the best in the west do not pass them up I have sent 5 people here for help and they we’re happy also please get help here I’m very happy with the service and fight for you until the end they care I wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They worked on my case with speed and accuracy. Didnt take long before a decision was made in my favor. They took care of business.
After being denied twice from the State, my doctors and family told me to get a lawyer cause that was the normal. Even though the Federal government had approved me the State had the authority to tell me no that I was not jntitled to the mkney that was forcibly taken from me my entire working career to set aside for me when I needed it. Well I needed it since I was losing my site and had had 5 heart attacks and 4 stents. Not sure why the State of Iowa had that right to put me and my family through hell for two years but irregardless Midwest Disability Legal form took good care of me and got me what was rightfully mine and ended the disastrous life I was forced to live while the State of Iowa waited for me to just give up or die whichever came first. I am ashamed to be an Iowan now. Thank you Midwest Disability for not letting me give up and lose my house and everything I have worked so hard for. Wonderful people doing wonderful things
I was pleased with my final decision and determination. Only problem overall, was lack of regular updates. I realize how busy a law firm can get. But I also know how much financial gain they make buy winning a case decision. The Way I understand it. The Social Security Administration can give you an update every three to four weeks. Whatever the time frame is. It would be nice if the client was also updated on how the case is proceeding. . Via text message, email or personal contact. Other than that, I am quite happy with service that I receive. From your legal team.
