Mr. Kennedy and his law firm agreed to represent me on July 14, 2020. Since signing a representation agreement, he and his law firm did absolutely nothing. From time to time, I would occasionally inquire about the status of the case. My emails to Mr. Kennedy were utterly ignored. But in one instance, he replied and vehemently stated "if you think another lawyer can do this faster for you, by all means hire that lawyer, fire us, and I’ll send you your file." Over the next three to four months, Mr. Kennedy's law firm refused to communicate with me or respond to my inquiries. As a result, I terminated our agreement on November 10, 2020. I've hired many lawyers over the years and I can unequivocally state that Attorney Tom Kennedy is the most unprofessional/unethical attorney I've ever experienced in the legal profession. By refusing to do anything, he's wasted a considerable amount of time that counts against the statute of limitations.
