I have over 20 years experience helping injured people.  My clients meet with ME, not some non-lawyer "investigator" or junior associate.  Your case will not be handed off to some attorney that you have never heard of and never met. If your case is important enough to call a lawyer, you have the right to exepct him or her to care enough about you and your case to come to you to answer all your questions and make sure you are comforatable with whom you are hiring.
