Mr. Higgins REFUSED for over a year to file the motion to dismissed that I told him to file. He failed to communicate important information to me, such as changes in court dates, causing me to travel from Dallas Texas to Tucson Arizona for a court date that had been moved back. He and his office assistant consistanly failed to respond to emails and phone calls, irreparably harming me and my case. I've dealt with at least a dozen lawyers, from business lawyers, to civil lawyers, to criminal lawyers, and have NEVER in my life dealt with a lawyer as unprofessional and dishonest as Mr. Thomas E. Higgins.

I heard Mr. Higgins was an effective attorney from a facebook post when I was searching for a lawyer over a misedemanor I was falsely charged with by a vengeful cop on a power trip. Not only was Mr. Higgins not effective, he actually harmed me / my case by caving badly to the whims of the judge and never answering phone calls when I sought out communication and updates.
