I felt Mr. Harris did not communicate as he should. He was clearly trying to move from a defense to a plantiff firm and ultimately did. He was quick to blame others and never took responsibility. It seemed he worked actively to promote his (not my)position with the other firm. If I would have been smart, I should have lodged a complaint with the WSBA at the time. I do not mean to be spiteful, however only to describe the behavior I noted. I have worked with many lawyers for various projects and issues. This episode left the worst taste of them all.
