Daley represented me on my first DUI. He talked a good game and I thought I had made a good choice. Everytime I got mail from the court and tried to call him I never was able to get a hold of him. He never got back to me until days later. Even then he was rude. Do not waste your money. He won't do anything you couldn't do yourself by writing a letter to the prosecutor. NOT "THE DUI KING".

Promised me I would not lose my license-the only contact I had with his office prior to court was a brief initial consultation and letters -phone contact to collect his fees. Found out on the day of court I would lose my license! - Told me I had no other option but to plead guilty -didn't even show up for my court date sent someone else-I could have gotten the same deal myself FOR FREE! appeared to have done no work at all on my case. I live in another state and he did not tell me that if I plead guilty I would also have all kinds of penalties in my home state so I am now being punished by both states? Told me all I would have to do to get license back was pay a small fee?? Now I find out I have to pay for another attorney plus about $600 in fees to navigate the ridiculously complex reinstatement process in Illinois-What a waste of money-considering filing a bar complaint-did not know he had a prior suspension of his license to practice law or would not have used him. He should be required to post that somewhere on his website but the rules are made by lawyers for lawyers. The DUI laws and system is not designed to prevent duis it is set up as a huge source of revenue for the states. As far as I am concerned I could have burned the money and i would have been better off! This is exactly what gives attorneys a bad name!

Did nothing for my DIU and my other offenses he handled poorly. Every time I spoke with them they assured me that they could lessen the charge or get it dropped. They quickly took my money but when we got to court they didnt try to get out of anything, they just pleaded me. I could of done the exact same thing with the prosecutors myself. I would never use them. Find a better lawyer because he is NOT the DUI king.
