Tom is tough and and to the point with tenants that fail to pay. He has done three evictions for us and even refunds money if things go better than planned. His price is right and a great value for his professional services. Also, his office has some of the nicest women that are caring, polite, pay close attention to detail, and answer/return phone calls promptly.
