I am an experienced commercial attorney who has litigated a wide variety of business disputes—including matters related to employment, tax, natural resources and real estate, contracts, homeowner disputes, and professional liability cases. I have tried cases in the state, federal and tax courts, administrative forums, and handled appeals. Judge Dee Benson appointed me as equity receiver for Wing v.
