I can say with the upmost confidence that Thomas Arckey and his team are some of the finest professionals you could find. Of course they are some of the most skilled and knowledgeable attorneys out there. However, what really sets them apart, is how much they care about their clients. My wife’s case was long, challenging, and traumatic. With any other law firm, that could have destroyed a family. Thomas’s staff fought hard for justice, and took care of my wife throughout it's entirety. They fought tirelessly for their client. We were exhausted, but they kept fighting until we got justice. We couldn't image a better law firm. My little boy said it best one day after visiting his office. He asked, “ Is he royalty?” Yes, son, he is.
I went to a large law firm with a strong reputation and they tried to get me to settle for a low amount. I felt like a statistic and not a person. Afterwards, after using the large law firm with no action, I decided to utilize Tom based on a recommendation from another attorney. The other attorney told me that Tom had a great reputation in Denver. It was the best decision I made. Tom took the time to explain my case, provided the likely scenarios that the opposing side would attempt, and explained strategies we could undertake to place our case in the best light with the court. The outcome was an award twice the amount the large law firm wanted me to settle. Tom and his staff provided a personal touch, strong follow up, and reality to a difficult situation. Tom is a great lawyer and a great person.
Tom has helped our company on several occasions; business and law employment related issues, contracts, and including trial litigation. (We won!) A very competent attorney who is easy to communicate with. I recommend very highly.
Tom Arckey was engaged for representation for collections of back wages from a previous employer. I met a local judge over the summer who encouraged me to post a review here for others to consider. The experience of working with him was quite surreal, as it was evident the longer the case went the more intimidated (by opposing counsel) he was in the trial/jury system. He was constantly pressing me to “settle” before trial including in the hallway during break of the actual trial. In his opening statement he made a major mistake regarding revenue numbers. Vital testimony for the case from former co-workers was also eliminated from trial due to his mistakes regarding substantiating reports. The bottom line is I was never made whole (even though the jury ruled in my favor) in my case after years invested. In my situation the legal system (trial/jury/judge) worked well but my legal representation failed.
