About
I have 10 years of broad-based litigation experience in complex business, environmental, trust and estates, and bankruptcy matters. I also help local businesses with environmental regulatory issues before state and federal agencies. At Belden Blaine, I am expanding my practice to include employment litigation on behalf of employers. I am BV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. I obtained my law degree in 2005 from Washington & Lee University School of Law where I was the editor-in-chief of the Environmental Law Digest and executive editor of the Capital Defense Journal. I have a B.A. degree in political science with a minor in communications from the University of Washington (Go Huskies!) with dean’s list honors. Before my legal career, I spent five years as a technical designer for the Boeing Company in Everett, Washington, where I was involved in the design of the electrical system for the 747-400 passenger jet and I had the honor of being part of the team responsible for designing the improved cockpit safety door for all models of Boeing commercial jets. I have been a member of the California state bar since 2005, the Washington state bar since 2015, and I am admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
