I first contacted Mr. Robinson's office in late Feb 2020. My first conversation was with his office manager, Miosha. Not only did she seem detailed in the information she was sharing, she listened. When you are in the midst of a "situation", it goes a long way when you feel are being heard. She spoke with a calm and understanding that made me feel comfortable. She was honest and even stopped to relate to me and the issue I faced. Most of all, she was responsive - but not at all pushy (I called back several times before signing up for a consultation with Mr. Robinson). Regarding Mr. Robinson, he was up front during my consultation. He was not brash at all. He did not come across as the stereotypical lawyer (in a hurry and uninterested). There was a human element. He even had a sense of humor that I would continue to see in the time we worked together. He communicated matter of factly about my situation. Similar to Miosha, he understood the problem I was facing and did not move to minimize. I suppose it was a sense of validation, which goes a long way. He let me know where I stood, my options, and even gave me steps to take if I decided not to move forward with legal action. He even went so far as to advise how I should proactively protect myself in the future with other employers. He did not promise me anything, but he did give me peace of mind in letting me know that my troubles were not unique to me. I walked away knowing there was a viable path forward and that he was there to take the lead finding a beneficial resolution. Ultimately, I moved forward with retaining his services and I was immediately contacted by his team to provide as much information as I could about the history of my problem. We discussed those details, and he shared how we were going to approach it with the other party. Without being longwinded, he kept me informed at every step of the way. When he communicated with opposing counsel, I was made aware. I was given the opportunity to ask questions (and I asked several!). He gave me the power to dictate how we moved forward, but was also vocal on his suggestions and consequences of each step. Admittedly, I did not always readily agree with his proposed next step. In these situations, he was quick to compromise and also give a preview of the next 3 steps if we took a certain approach (be it his or mine). This allowed me to build more trust in his recommendations. Quite simply, I was a part of the process and it empowered me. Often in these situations, you feel like a victim - helpless. So, to be given a voice in the battle and know you have a someone to go take charge of the fight is a major stress reliever. While it’s important to understand that each case is different, the process for us to reach a resolution took 6 mos. Based on the reason for my case, I can say I definitely won. Had I not reached out Mr. Robinson, I know I would be stuck, unhappy, and feeling powerless about a problem willfully created by others. If you are unsure of what to do or where to turn for help, I strongly advise you to at least secure a consultation with Mr. Robinson. Ironically, I suggested his services to someone else facing a dilemma similar to mine. He was honest with this person about their situation. He communicated that there was not much that could be done given the details of their complaint. For a lawyer to not take your money just for the sake of taking it knowing full well there is nothing that can be done says a lot! So, call Terrance!

I hired Terrence to represent me in a case and have also recommended him to friends who needed legal advice. He is brutally honest regarding the merits of your case and the challenges you will face which is a quality you definitely need in an attorney. Terrence and his staff's expertise and professionalism is unparalleled. They truly care and seek the best outcome for you.

Mr.Robinson is a excellent lawyer and he tells it to you straight. And Laura in his office is also equally amazing, they have a great staff at the firm and I would hire them again!
