Ms. Shulda joined Foulston Siefkin’s employment law group after practicing law for five years in Colorado and New Mexico. Teresa’s practice focuses on employment litigation, and she has represented both employers and employees in a variety of employment matters, including civil rights, federal and state anti-discrimination laws, contract disputes, wrongful discharge, wage and hour laws, and other federal and state law claims.
