I have been practicing law in Bristol since 1992.  I focus my practice primarily on bankruptcy and real estate.  I represent debtors exclusively in Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.  As most people know, the law governing bankruptcy was drastically changed in 2005.  I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Connecticut Bar Association.  If you have questions about bankrtuptcy, feel free to contact me.
