We've really appreciated Teresa's help and support throughout our first year in the Foster care system. She is intelligent, compassionate and extremely professional.

DSS got involved with my daughter and her children. Teresa was appointed for the children, ages 4, 2, and 6 months. The boys have different fathers which the oldest ones father could never in the past get any type of custody due to alcohol and abusive behavior. He has had several cases with DSS in the past. It was recommended by DSS the oldest boy go live with his dad ansd split up the boys. Ms. Ainsley saw the boys together and agrees it would not be best for the oldest one. Although, in telling me that, she went along along with DSS recomendation that this change occur. I feel that she could have used her own judgement and said what she believes instead of being so intimidated by DSS. Is DSS paying her salary??? Because as far as Im concerned, she has done absolutely nothing for the boys and they are the ones suffering through all of this. She definately IS NOT looking out for the boys best interest but just her paycheck.
