Started out ok. Sure there was unanswered calls and emails but she's got your case so maybe in the end it'll be overlooked. Not quite, once the insurance company declined a pretrial settlement offer I got a big package in the mail with my case file inside with s note that taking my case to trial would cause a financial burden on the firm and was dropping my case. This was a year into it. I didn't even know they could do this. I have to conclude that with the high volume of cases their commercials bring in they could possibly just take cases where no time in court is needed on their part and wait for pretrial offers all the time and drop most of the rest.
