Taylor Braithwaite is a personal injury attorney licensed in South Carolina and Georgia and practicing throughout the CSRA.  He is a former active duty Judge Advocate of the United States Marine Corps with multiple awards for trial skill and exceptional performance as prosecutor and defense counsel. Taylor left active duty in 2014 to join Braithwaite Timmerman in Aiken, SC, and transferred  to the Marine Corps Reserve where he currently serves as a Civil Affairs Officer.  Taylor is the junior member of a three attorney firm with nearly 50 years of combined litigation experience in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation.  He is a 2007 graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a B.A. (Cum Laude) in English, and received his Juris Doctorate as a Woodruff Scholar and 2010 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University.Taylor's practice focuses on all manner of personal injury cases, as well as wrongful death and medical malpractice or nursing neglect cases.
