I am an accomplished, results-driven Human Resources professional and employment attorney with extensive experience in handling difficult employee relations challenges as well as building HR programs from the ground up for companies in diverse industries. I've been the Chief People Officer for a large hospitality company, an employment attorney in a law firm, and I've run my own small business. My experiences in the business world and in HR have given me a unique ability to communicate with business leaders clearly, without the hemming and hawing most lawyers tend to do.When I'm not in the office, I enjoy watching Arizona's sports teams, bbq'ing with my backyard smoker, hiking and camping, and being goofy with my wife and three little kids.
