I requested her to file a motion to dismiss the petition. she claimed I was not entitled to a substitution of Judge and the motion to dismiss what have no merit. I requested she file a motion to withdraw as my representation. I filed the request for substitution of Judge and it was granted. The attorney that replaced her filed the motion to dismiss and it was granted. The state filed another petition and it too was dismissed at the District Attorney's request because it too was not proper and they did not want to have it on the court record that they failed again. I felt I was age gender and race discriminated against by her. I would not recommend her service as I feel she is incompetent in regards to the law.
