Represent clients in contested administrative appeals before hearing examiners, city and county councils, state administrative boards and handle appeals in state and federal courts. Representations include all types of land use and environmental litigation including appeals of permits and approvals, challenges to regulatory authorities, and defending against permit violations. Also, advise municipal clients in drafting GMA-required development regulations and land use ordinances. Provide development advice on projects that involve planning, permitting, storm water, and water rights.  Provide general counsel, corporate and business service to large and small business owners.
