Mary represents clients in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of appeals, and trial courts throughout the state of Colorado.Mary has assisted clients with felony appeals in the court of appeals, petitions for writs of certiorari in the supreme court, and petitions for postconviction relief in the trial courts. She has also negotiated with district attorneys to achieve favorable dispositions of cases and worked with the Department of Corrections to assist clients preparing for parole hearings, applying for interstate transfer, and applying for clemency.Regardless of the type of case, Mary’s goal is to work with clients to craft clear and precise arguments that best represent that client’s case. She will distill her client’s arguments so they are supported, credible, and digestible.
