I went to 11, yes, eleven! immigration lawyers (9 in Houston/2 in Dallas) trying to fix my husband's papers. Each time I had to tell the whole story and my husband come with me to one consulta. Every single Lawyer or assistant gave me a different answer or a mix of the same answers. Then my dads neighbor recommended Ms. Livingston. I knew right away that Ms Livingston was the Lawyer to hire by the questions she asked....she got right to the point, gave me options and costs. My husband wanted to go to a cheaper one but once he saw how she worked and he actually got his green card well let's just say I now make all our important decisions lol! Another review said there were files everywhere but i guess they dont recogniZe a working office when they see one. Also the office is going paperless. It's really cool bc everything is scanned and you can download everything from your case with her new system. Or look at it When you enter your password. You can also send private messages directly to her or her assistant who by the way is always on the ball and ACTUALLY returns calls/messages with correct information. I never write reviews and this is probably too long but she is THE best and I'm happy to share my experience after 3 months of shopping around.

That brother says that the judge yells at his lawyer every time and his wife had to paid for 3 courts and still no bond so he told the judge he wanted to be deported and he's in Mexico now. My mother and I went to 3 different lawyers all in one day and ms. Livingston was the last. She charged twice as much as the others but my mother wanted her. Now My brother is back with our family and working on getting a work permit and drivers license. I always thought all lawyers did the same work but Not anymore, Same case and one out on bond for Christmas and the other deported. Now we hope she can help get him back. You get what you pay for alright.

We are very happy with her services and recommend her 100% to anyone in need of an immigration attorney. she is very caring and patient in answering all of our doubts and questions regarding case. I recently rehired her due to my nephew being detained by ice and she was able to get him out on bond. i truly do recommend her to anyone looking for a good immigration attorney.

I don't understand the negative comments, my family has used her services for years and we recommend her to anyone who is in need of immigration services and we have never had a problem... she has been very honest with us since the beginning and we trust her completely. My mom didn't believe her so she got a new lawyer who said he could get my dad out. and 3 weeks and a bunch of money later, my dad was deported to Mexico. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do to get him back and I wouldn't go to anyone else. If you want a lawyer that will tell you what you want to hear you need to keep looking..

I’m the youngest in the family and I asked around and got recommendations from a teacher at school and a friend’s mother...both said Miss Livingston. My mom agreed to hire her because she didn’t know anyone else. Miss Livingston got my dad out of jail and he now he is legally here. He has a work permit, a social security card and a drivers license. Now I’m the go to person for any family problem. Thanks Ms. Livingston I trusted you and now my family trusts me!
