Ms. Arquette should have indicated that she didn't have the time or resources to allocate to my case. She never once returned or picked up mu calls, she returned email only when I cc'd someone in her office. she ignored my questions, and refused my directives with little to no explanation. She sold me short in the custody negotiation process, so much so that every legal professional that looked at the settlement indicated that it was the worst and most severe requirements that they had ever seen. Lastly, she was caught gossiping about me and my case to a mutual acquaintance in a very negative, disparaging manner. You'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet.

She was acquired thru another professional within the same field to finalize some paperwork and she took on the task with compensation. She filed the paperwork with the state and the state rejected it due to 2 conflicting wordings. We asked her to revise and resubmit and after multiple phone calls and emails she refused to respond. Because of the complicity of the paperwork, we even offer to pay her extra, instead of starting over and she would not respond. Regardless of her intentions, is was very unprofessional to just ignore us and take our money without finishing the job.

Tammy overcharged me for every little thing (like $200 to write a letter). She did not return phone calls in a timely manner, and made no headway in my divorce case in 7 months, so I hired another attorney. She even charged me another $200 as I was walking out the door just to gather my paperwork. Disgraceful!
