The first trial she never showed up for, and told me not to show up either, needless to say the judge was not very happy at the second trial. Again, an excuse on her part. When the case was finally heard, Tamie never said one word, but had an attorney whom I’d only met the day before (on a SUNDAY, for about 30 minutes) do all the talking. He did not pursue anything of substance as he didn’t know much about the case. I paid for the services, but refused to pay the final bill once I saw the pitiful job that was done on my case. I wrote the company she was now working for, explaining the situation and they waived the charges. I filed a complaint with the State Bar and it was being looked into but I became very sick (missed 5.5 months of work) and was not able to finish the process in the time limit. I would steer all people clear of her.
