Ms. Tomsic joined the firm in February of 2009 as an associate. Formerly, she served as a member of the private panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees, Office of the U.S. Trustee for the First Circuit, U.S. Department of Justice from 1997-2007. Prior to her tenure as a Chapter 7 Trustee, Ms. Tomsic was employed as an associate at two area law firms which concentrated their practice in bankruptcy law, business reorganization and creditors' rights.
