I've used Tad for several things over the years and have always had a good experience. He's an honest guy that shoots it straight. I've recommended him to several friends and they have all been happy with the outcome. His pricing is always fair and his staff is always helpful. Tad has always worked hard for me and I will continue to recommend him.
I'm a repeated customer, he has helped me thru speeding, to other issues. He knows what he is doing. He also care's for his clients.
I hired Tad Morlan to help with a speeding ticket. He was able to get me a fair and reasonable outcome that kept the points off my license. His staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to help with a ticket!
Being from this area, I thought Tad to be an honest lawyer, representing the honest; I was saddened to learn he takes cases knowing his client is guilty!
After a 2-years runaround we could have worked with our insurance company and saved 30%. He made no effort to get us a good settlement.
I'm really bewildered that this person is still a practicing attorney, after paying him a retainer, he did a no-call no-show at my first court date. I was the only one left in courtroom, finally the bailiff suggested I try to contact Tad. His staff informed me he was in court couple hours away. His secretary became increasingly annoyed and louder that I was asking her what I was suppose to do. when I had first gotten my court date his staff told me I didn't even need to be there that's why I hired an attorney, what a complete joke!! If I hadn't shown up, I would have had a warrant out for my arrest, because (tad) the lawyer that I retained to represent and protect me, did a no-call no-show on my behalf. To this day, I can't wrap my mind around his staff being so belligerent towards me when I had paid them for services and been left terrified and alone with no legal counsel. Unfortunately this was not the only time he did a no-call no-show for a court date and didn't ask the courts for a continuance in my case. I'm writing this so ppl know what I went through having to deal with this incompetent and unprofessional business including.... lost weekly payments, tad sitting iñéptly in court, while I'm going broke paying him, $500.00 court appt. classes, jail time (2x's) preparation for trial.....etc,etc,etc. Not to mention the extreme added stress, annoyance and fear from dealing with this completely imbecile for an attorney.
I hired tad for a traffic ticket he got me probation and community service when if u would have just paid the ticket it would have cost me less than half and no community service
i received a speeding ticket in a school zone. I have a clean record so I hired Tad Morlan to get the ticket reduced and keep the points off of my license. Tad Morlan required me to take a defensive driving course - $70. I was required to show up for court. The judgement I received was 20 hours community service -$120 AND 2 years level 3 probation -$10/mo for the 2 years - ($240). Including attorney fees the final cost was $600 AND I'm on probation so if I get another ticket my points are DOUBLED! If I had just paid the ticket without hiring an attorney it would have only cost $300 AND NO PROBATION! I would much rather have paid the ticket and accepted the points on my license. I would NOT recommend hiring Tad Morlan.
