About

I am a Collaborative family law attorney and mediator with twenty-five years of experience successfully negotiating and mediating family law settlements.  I am committed to facilitating respectful negotiation and creative settlements.  I have been a Collaborative practitioner since 1998.  My practice is devoted exclusively to consensual dispute resolution.  I was the president of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and of Collaborative Practice California.  I served on the board of my local practice group for many years after more than five years of service as their first board president.  I chaired the 2012 Collaborative Practice California annual statewide and was chair of the 2011 and 2008 CP Cal annual statewide conferences.  I was honored with the Collaborative Practice California Eureka Award in 2010.  I regularly present on Collaborative Practice and consensual dispute resolution topics to statewide, international and local organizations.  I have offices in Sausalito, San Francisco, and Berkeley, California.
