About
People deserve someone they can talk to about private legal matters who will help them navigate what can be a very scary process. I went to law school with the idea I could help people and be their voice. I spent the first 21 years of my career with the Bozeman City Attorney's Office as a prosecutor. Then I retired to go into private practice, looking to serve in a different way. After serving the citizens of my home community and the victims of crime, I am now able to assist people with issues of a different sort. My partner and I formed Younkin & Wordal, PLLC in 2013. As of 2016 we merged with the firm with which we shared office space and are now, McLean, Younkin & Willett, PLLC. As a 2nd generation Montana attorney, I am proud to join with this knowledgable group of committed attorneys and to continue to provide my clients with fair and knowledgeable representation.

I received a nice response, although she does not handle legal malpractice claims; I had the feeling she does not agree that some attorneys should have malpractice claims filed against them. Which makes it very difficult to find an attorney to handle legal malpractice cases. One of the attorneys in our case had been brought before the Commission on Practice twice, and is still practicing. But I appreciate AVVO and will keep looking.
