Susan and Molly have been absolutely amazing to deal with in my complicated child support and custody case. Highly recommend!
Susan did everything and more during this time of crisis for me. I put the ball in her court and she and her team did everything, plus more. For such an unpleasant experience, she gave me comfort. I highly recommend her, and I highly respect her.
Susan Ward and her law office came to me as a referral from a friend. Susan and her team are professional in their approach to your case, takes the time to explain the process and honest in the likely outcome of each court action. The firm is unique in that she and her associates are all familiar with your case and available to help. She is friendly, personable and empathetic to the challenging personal experience that brought you to court. Whenever facing a potential court action, she and her team will lay out necessary steps and costs so there are few surprises. Some attorneys may "build up" a case to a client and also build up their fees. Susan and her team will only do what is best for you and only charge what is necessary and discussed. Susan represented me on a divorce, but I would recommend her for any attorney services needed.
Susan was very helpful in my Probate case. Susan and her associate Tom Yoakum made a very complicate situation simple and delivered what I needed. When there was something I didn't understand, they would explain the situation and what was in my best interest. I felt very comfortable with Susan and would highly recommend her for Probate cases.

Susan and her staff were awesome when helping me with my custody issues. Calls were returned and they went out of their way to assist when I called and answered my questions so that I understood what was really going on. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this law office and will use them in the future if I need to.
Susan's firm provided assistance with the emancipation process. They were professional and guided me through a unfamiliar process, bringing the emancipation to a proper conclusion.
After spending over $50,000, my case was disastrous! From Susan’s mouth, it was the worst judgment she’s ever seen. She had a new associate handle the majority of my case, and she showed up to try my case very unprepared. We not only lost, but she continues to bill me- a single mom up against a surgeon- over $30,000 fully aware that we do not have that kind of money. That was well known at the onset of my case. Every court date resulted in a loss of support. EVERY COURT DATE! She has fallen so far below the standards expected, I’m shocked that she still maintains a practice. It is ALL about the money & has virtually nothing to do with justice or the well being of her client. Select a competent attorney who actually cares about the end result- and will fight for justice, not just accept the loss with the attitude that her time is valued at $350/hour, so pay your bill. Her practice is a hyped up, over advertised joke.
I agree with the other 1 star reviewer. The consult went much better than the rest of the case. Her associate is a weak negotiator and lacks the skill and aggressiveness to be effective in arguing your case. Ater settlement, he admitted that I lost horribly in the financial aspects of my case. As an unmployed single Mom without income, it's difficult to watch your support go from $570 $74 a month while your Ex enjoys his 100k/year job. Her associate is merely there collecting a paycheck. Why does an attorney that's been in practice roughly 20 years have to market so heavily with radio ads. Shouldn't a satisfied client base keep her office really busy?
Attorney Ward came highly recommend, felt very confident during consult in winning a very cut and dry case. At the hearing, I was surprised to see one her rookie's show up and not her. He has no clue of my case and got eaten alive by opposing counsel. Lost the easy issue case then her office tried to perpetuate the case for much more money after it was dead in the water.,Susan Ward owns the entire building where her practice is and is much more concerned with renting out her office suite spaces then practicing law-beware!! Biggest rip off ever!
