When I initially spoke to Susan, my case was going along fairly smoothly but I was unsure of when or if I needed an attorney or where one would fit into my case. She assured me that the best time to introduce an attorney into a case is right from the begining. I was completely uneducated concerning workers compensation and how it worked. She made me aware of rights that I didn't even know I had. After one unsuccessful rotator cuff surgery, Susan advocated on my behalf to get me to a different doctor with a much better track record. Although it resulted in a 2nd surgery, I was in much better hands. Needless to say, I was very frightened at that point, but Susan continued to advocate on my behalf towards a positive outcome.
