Susan did wonderful consultation for me. I was 3000 miles away working on an old charge from 6 years ago. After a 30 minute consultation she was able to point me in the right direction. Thank you Susan. Good luck to you and your practice. William E.

Susan is amazing! She is responsive, understanding, and knowledgable. She easily explained legal jargon to me and was not vague about potential future legal fees. If, for whatever reason I need a lawyer again, I will go back to Susan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience for dealing with a really unfortunate situation.

Ms. Muzik clearly has had many years of experience and has used that to create a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere. She went above and beyond to help me get through an extremely stressful scary time without making me feel like a bad person. Very gracious kind lady!

Susan Muzik was constantly available to me when I needed to speak with her regarding a child custody issue I was having with my son Sebastian. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of the law; even though custody issues may not be her area. I appreciate her for all she has done for me and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I hired her to represent me against a Big Company and after hiring her I found out she had ho Paralegals or Legal Assistants. I ended up being my own Paralegal and had no clue what I was doing there were times where I and my partner would be in her office doing work and my partner also did some of the computer work for her. We went to mediaiton and settled on a small amount. I didn't even have enough to pay all my medical bills. After Mediation she failed to keep me updated. I would call for an update and she was either out of the office or with a client this went on repeatedly and until I fired her , It took her 3 months to write a letter after the mediation was over to the providers that I owed moniey and she would NEVER return there calls as well. The only time she would get back to me by email or when I threatened to turn her into the Oregon State Bar or other legal respresentation. After she finally sent out letters to Providers they would call her hoping to discuss the bill and she never return their calls. So the creditors were calling me on a daily basis. I would email Ms. Muzik and tell her to please call and pay the providers that agreed to take less, and she never did. I had one provider who would have taken less and left Ms. Muzik numerous messeges and she NEVER returned there calls so they turned me into Collections. I ended up firing her, and paying the providers that said they would take less and there were one or two creditors who thought that her conduct was so unprofessional that they turned me into collections. After all of this I found out that another friend used her in family law and had some issues as well. <--- I have learned a lot of lessons from this if you have any issues good or bad please letter other people know about it so they don't have to go through anything simular...
