The judge also said "This document is not legally binding" and "If I were you I'd seek legal advice against your lawyer." After my lawsuit was thrown out I approached Mrs Burns for a return of my money. She refused, and gave me the name of her malpractice insurance company. My new lawyer told me its expensive and fruitless to go up against another lawyer like this, and it's not really worth the money that I spent already. (As a side note, I should have known better, for at my first meeting there, there was dog poop all over her office and meeting room floors and it stank horribly. Completely unprofessional.)
