My family and I contacted her many, many times over the course of a year. After PAYING for her services we contacted her directly and spoke with her as to where paperwork was sent paperwork for approval of the transfer of ownership. I verified the address many times and checked in many times (again spoke to her) about the fact we never received it. Wish we had done more homework and found another lawyer that was better at communication through the process.

She doesn't have an actual office building and only meets with clients at Panera Bread, where she eats during the meeting. Unprofessional. Our case has been dismissed over 3 times due to her lack of communication.
