Very straight-forward, informative, & honest. She has helped our son w/dealing w/Medina County's system (& they like to target those who are not necessarily doing anything wrong). I know that our son did do some wrong, and quite honestly, deserved to pay the consequence. Without Sonny, he would have been over-punished in my opinion. Through it all, she was still there to give the facts & explained the choices we had & what she recommended. Would use her every time!! Hope we don't need to use her anymore.
