Once, when I asked Suneeta questions about my case and told her what I had read in the USCIS website, she visibly didn’t know how to answer and felt uncomfortable, once I left her office I assume she checked online - I should say that my question was not rocket science and she, as an experienced lawyer, should know what to answer- came after me and just said that I was right. In my case, my husband passed, I had to add to the grieving and sorrow to deal with their lack of knowledge of how to transfer a case from being married to an American citizen to process the case as a widower of an American citizen. Instead of lightning my burden they made everything more complicated incurring in a waste of time and money. If I were you I wouldn’t put my case in her hands, there are many good immigration lawyers in this city and an immigration process is a big deal.
