The Health Care Power of Attorney and the Financial Power of Attorney In my estimation, to have his para legal do this work still would not require the amount of time he suggested. There still is only a couple of lines to be changed on these documents. In my opinion, I could see no more than 3 hours or less to perform these changes. I believe the total cost should be 3 hours or less. The top end of the actual cost should be $750 or less. Mr. Dolasinski is a capable professional and my review should not prevent clients from hiring him as a Trust Attorney. I am optimistic that we can come to a reasonable solution to take care of our trust.
