Stewart is a commercial litigator and employment lawyer. He hasappeared as counsel for numerous publicly traded and privately heldcompanies in many different industries in courts not only in his homestate of Texas, but also in Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Maine,Michigan, Nebraska and New York. Some of Stewart’s recentaccomplishments include: Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Stewart workedat a law firm that he founded, at a national labor and employment firmand at a business litigation boutique. Before that, Stewart was a lawclerk to the Honorable Hayden W. Head, Jr., who is currently the ChiefJudge of the United States District Court for the Southern District ofTexas.
