He meet with me and discussed my case then told me it was gonna cost tens of thousands of dollars to take unnecessary depos when all he had to do was subpoena one person at my trial but I knew he was trying to run up his expenses as much as he could before my court date which was in 5 months. I agreed that he withdrawal because I knew he was just trying to suck as much money out of me before my trial and I knew that I could represent myself and do a better job and have my witness appear in court for free and I would save tens of thousands of dollars. BEWARE of attorneys that do alot of unnecessary depos and work when the results will be the same without it.
