I just wanted to profusely thank Steve Fink for helping my client through a very sticky real estate situation!!! He is amazing & I highly recommend him :) Last week, I had a seller deny an inspector access to his property, which caused my buyer to be late on her closing. The seller threatened to cancel the escrow and keep the buyer's deposit, while he knew the reason we could not close was because the inspector was not allowed back in. I called CAR legal, and was beyond disappointed when they told me there was nothing that could be done past day 17 to force a seller allow additional inspections, even if they were follow up. Seriously??? Nothing??!! In desperation I went to Steve because I knew this was not fair, he has dealt with thousands of contracts, and he would have an angle. Within hours, Steve had a letter beautifully written and emailed to the stubborn seller. The next day the seller let the inspector in (it was over an FHA loan requirement for smoke detectors in every bedroom of all things!) and the buyer was able to get her loan funded. I gave her the keys today, and this is all thanks to Steve's knowledge and quick action to help a deserving person in need. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
The only Lawyer to answer my problem . Although a little hard for a laymen to understand his legal talk, he did answer my questions. Thank you.
I posted a question on Avvo "Ask a Lawyer" page. He responded right away. I sent him a follow up question email, and he gave me helpful responses/answers. The situation is such that I could not pursue the course necessary, but I was grateful for his sincere responses and help.
Steven and I have established a relationship through the O.C.LeTip group we belong to. Steven and I have discussed many avenues and situations on how to combat illegal Trustee Bank Auction sales. We have saught to give the clients the best advise and direction through our collective knowledge in our separate fields. Steve has saved my clients undo pain and strain just by being a good listener and keeping the clients focused on the ultimate goal, renegotiating a better loan situation. I whole heartedly endorse Steven and he has earned that by going the extra mile for his clients and mine.
Steve has worked with me in contract review, document setup for my corporation, and overall advice for my business. I will use him for all of my business dealings in the future.
Steven Fink was retained to clean up a big mess left by previous counsel. The case involved dealing with individuals who did not operate inside any ethical boundaries. He handled our case professionally and did not allow the pathetic nature of the plaintiff to intimidate him or engage him in any type of behavior that wasn't completely professional. We worked well with him when collaborative efforts were needed. He was flexible and available to talk off line. Steve was very accomodating when it came to coordinating schedules for emergency meetings. He helped eliminate much of the anxiety associated with the type of case we were involved with and we are grateful that we chose to work with him. Mr. Fink looks like a mild mannered attorney, which he is, but he will stand up for you when the time comes. We are so relieved to know that we have an attorney that will fight our battles for us so we don't have to end up in the courtroom! Thank You, Steve!
