     I have 28 yearsof personal injury experience, with jury verdicts ranging from$13,000 to $5 million, and over2,000 settlements. My practice is limited exclusively to personal injury. I remain personally involved in each case, representing every-day working people against powerful insurance companies.    I have been given an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell is an attorney peer rating service relied upon by the legal community since 1868. Martindale-Hubbell defines an AV rating as follows: “An AV peer review rating is a significant accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.” (see www.Martindale.com). I was formerly employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent on the Bank Robbery and Fugitive Squad. This unique experience enhances my ability to uncover critical information that is necessary to the success of a case. My office is located in Indianapolis. I have represented people all over the state of Indiana, as well as in the states of Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Michigan, Georgia, California, North Carolina, and New York.     Home, hospital, or office visits are available seven days a week, and there is no obligation.
