My spouse hired this lawyer and filed for bankruptcy on his own, we were going to separate. All the credit cards were listed in the bankruptcy including the two joint cards. My husband constantly had to ask questions to get specific information. And when the discharge papers came, they were not specific to what debits were discharged. We are still waiting for him to call us back to find out if the two accounts were included & other mistakes made to husband's credit report and that was months ago.
