I was charged with a DUI even though I had drank very little and did very well on my field tests (and was initially pulled over for a simple non-moving traffic violation). I was at NC State University area for a NCSU football game and a trooper with an ego pulled me over. I was referred to him by someone else who went to school with him at North Carolina State University. That was the best referral I could have ever gotten. He made it affordable and I am still actually paying him in payments as I am in college so I didn't have the money right up front. (That is another plus now that I am typing it).
