He seemed like he did not care or knew exactly what to do; I had to suggest possible actions. My situation soon worked itself out but it could have been handled much more efficiently and professionally. Each time I called I would have to repeat the information and request for action as was discussed on previous calls. I did not understand at the time he was billing me for each call, so my bill with his firm tripled. I do not recommend using his services.
