Steven H. Pratt has been practicing health law continuously for over 25 years .  He is a shareholder with Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman and concentrates his practice in general health law with representation of hospitals and health systems.  He concentrates his practice is several areas:  general compliance matters, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, tax issues affecting exempt organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizing and advising physician and hospital joint venture relationships, particularly including ventures designed to improve quality of care.
