I understand attorneys are busy, but he could have at least had his paralegal or other staff call me to try to help if he couldn't. Also, he was unable to appear in court with me, and had a colleague appear in his place. I just wish he would have called ahead to notify me of this to see if I wanted to wait for him, because I was used to him instead of having someone I had never met before show up in his place. The colleague was professional in court, and things went fairly well at the time. However, a debtor that I thought had been dissolved have been showing up on paper that should not be. I realize the legal landscape can be ever-changing and this event may not be the fault of Mr. Murakami.

Steve got very upset when I pointed out the mistake he had made and dropped me as a client because of his mistake claiming now there was a "conflict of interest" which makes no sense, I ask a question and somehow that is a conflict of interest? This was all after I paid him all his fees, etc. Now I have questions after the bankruptcy and he refuses to help.
