Attended a family member's wedding in Boulder, CO over the summer (July 2016). After a night of celebrating, my date and I had an argument during a cab ride and I threw his glasses out the car window. After requesting assistance from law enforcement, I was then arrested and taken to jail - charged w/ domestic violence and 3rd degree theft. After being released from jail, I was informed it could take up to (10) days to leave the state (I was visiting from Omaha). That is when I knew I must hire a lawyer to protect myself and expedite my return to home. I am beyond blessed, grateful and fortunate to have met Zach Louth and his father, Steven Louth. They explained my options, my rights and helped me understand everything that was happening. A wedding/vacation turned nightmare. I always felt comfortable asking questions and they were available in a timely fashion anytime I needed assistance. We did not accept the plea deal that was offered at my hearing and took my case to trial. The jury found me not guilty of all charges. Zach is passionate about the work he does and I know he has his client's best interest at heart. He is truthful, kind, honest and if I ever (God forbid) need another attorney, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to reach out to Zach. I feel my review doesn't express my respect for him nor my gratitude. Thank you!

I was charged with a crime for the first time in my life and was scared and confused. I called up Zach and he immediately was concerned about my situation and explained the criminal law process I was about to go through. Throughout the entire time Zach was easy to reach and answered all my questions. We pushed the case out to trial and Zach was able to obtain a very good plea deal for me to put this situation behind me as soon as possible. I highly recommend Zach Louth.
